In a town filled with all manner of buffets, The Bonfire’s is among the biggest and the best. It’s a feast for the eyes and the palate – a 100-foot-long extravaganza loaded with well-prepared selections such as prime rib, pork tenderloin, scallops, crab legs and claws, raw oysters, pastas, clams, ribs, chicken and steamed shrimp. The buffet also includes fresh Eastern Shore vegetables and soups. The elegant, but casual restaurant seats about 500. Friday and Saturday evenings during the season, you can burn off calories by dancing after dinner to live music in the restaurant's nightclub.
