This Ocean City fixture, overlooking the bay and Bunting’s marina, has been a favorite among locals and tourists alike since 1938. Eat in the spacious dining room with a rustic, nautical decor, or outdoors on the waterfront deck. The Angler serves only the freshest fish, and it’s prepared exquisitely, whether served fried, broiled, blackened, grilled, imperial or encrusted with almonds and pecans. The restaurant also offers hefty steaks and boasts an extensive raw bar. Early risers, including many commercial fisherman, head here for a hearty breakfast starting at 6 a.m. The lunch menu includes sandwiches, salads and burgers. A vast selection of frozen drinks (and fruit drinks for the kids) is available at the bar. Dinners come with a unique bonus: free evening cruises, a popular draw for families.
