Long before the buffet craze took hold in Ocean City, The Embers began offering its all-you-can-eat seafood deal. But all the competition notwithstanding, the Embers smorgasbord has continued to grow more popular. Now, though still called the "seafood buffet," it includes prime rib, ham, turkey and pasta, and it’s a favorite among the ever-growing golf set. The buffet features more than 50 selections, including fresh fish, Alaskan crab legs, crab imperial, fried shrimp, clams, oysters and a wide selection of fresh vegetables. The non-buffet dinner menu includes steaks, seafood, prime rib and pastas. The Embers also features two bars and entertainment in the Club 24 night club.
