The food’s as good as the stunning nightly sunset celebration at this popular, award-winning restaurant that serves meals in dining rooms and on outdoor decks. For starters, try the Nori-crusted seared tuna with a basil-wasabi aioli on a bed of sliced tomato and fresh baby spinach leaves. Entrees include wok-cooked salmon with Asian greens, blue cheese-crusted New York Strip Steak and roasted sea bass served with horseradish sauce and spinach Florentine on a puff-pastry pillow. Arrive before dusk for sunset. As the sun sinks, painting the skies in shades of orange, yellow and magenta and bathing the bay in a golden hue, Tchaikovsky's "1812 Overture" booms from the speakers.
