You can watch the waves roll in while dining on superb meals at Horizons. For starters, try crab fingers, crab claws served with a tangy mustard sauce, or mushrooms filled with lump crab meat and glazed with an imperial sauce. For entrees, Horizons specializes in fresh fish, lobster, crab, Black Angus beef, chicken and veal dishes. A house favorite is Chicken Horizon -- sautéed chicken breast crowned with crab meat and white asparagus and topped with sauce Béarnaise and almonds. The Fisherman's Feast combines lobster tail, gulf shrimp, scallops and crab imperial. And an all-you-can-eat prime rib, crab legs and seafood buffet is available nightly in season and weekends off-season. After dinner, dance to top-40 sounds.
