Food, fun and games are a winning combination at this sports bar and restaurant, an Ocean City favorite since 1976. About 800 Turtle mugs, owned by Turtle regulars, hang from the ceiling at the 116th Street location, and peanut shells cover the cobblestone floors. The Turtle started as a small pub with room for 50 and has since expanded to adjacent buildings to accommodate live music, a game room, a cigar bar and a satellite dish with 38 televisions – including two 60-inch wide screens. The kitchen still serves its famous light-fare menu and raw bar, but now also offers dinner, including Eastern Shore crab cakes and other seafood and steaks.
