This contemporary, oceanfront restaurant is accented with plants and a mauve-and-blue color scheme, making for tranquil dining. Partial walls divide the restaurant into three intimate dining rooms. And each one of the 150 seats – at tables or booths – affords a spectacular view of the dunes and ocean. Dinner might start with cream of crab and asparagus soup or one of Chef Tom Watts' specials, such as scallops glazed with Grand Marnier and served around a bed of chopped fresh tomatoes and sautéed spinach. House specials include the cut-to-order, slowly roasted prime rib served with freshly shaved horseradish and au jus, and the Carousel combo, an eight-ounce prime rib accompanied by the restaurant's scrumptious almond-crusted fried shrimp served with a zesty Dijon-orange sauce.
