Acquired by Wor-Wic Community College of Salisbury by an anonymous donor in April of 2008, many changes have taken place on the course. The most notable is a newly paved parking lot and 3.5 miles of paved cart paths. Some of the mounds have been knocked down, traps filled in, and new bunker drains have been installed. Hole #10 fairway has been re-built and fairway drainage has been installed on hole #11. Located just off of Route 589 (Racetrack Rd.) just west of Ocean City, MD, Ocean Resorts re-opened for play on August 13, 2008. About half the holes play in the woods and the other half are in open where mounding adds aesthetics as well as hilly lies for those who miss fairways. Three sets of tees are available, and the layout plays 6,281 yards from the tips and 4,848 from the forward tees.
